Refunds/Cancellations

Solaire Sprout wants to make sure that the quality of products hold up. I am a one person team and as a small business there is a bunch of learning curves, I will do my best to see what can be resolved of the situation.
Missing Packages
Please know that we are not responsible for any of the following:
- Lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer. Please always make sure to enter your correct shipping address when you place your order.
- Package is lost/damaged during shipping
Once all packages have left our premises and received, and a tracking number has been sent to you, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
All orders come with a tracking number, if the tracking states that it is delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact the associoated postal service with your tracking code for a missing parcel claim or visit your local post office.
If your package is returned back to us due to a wrong address, you are responsible for paying the reshipping fees.
International Orders: If your package is lost please contact your local customs office.
Before order is packed
-Orders are packed in a smoke free and dog free home.
-This is NOT a cat free home, there will be no guarentee that Maple or Marmalade has shared a piece of love with your order.
-If you are allergic, please include in the comments at checkout and extra precautions will be taken.

-Can I change my address?
Yes! As long as the order hasnt been shipped you can change your address.

-Something on my jewely broke! Can I exchange it for a new one?
Yes! Please contact me using my contact form. I will ask for photos of the product to see what repairs need to be done. Most of the times it can be easily fxed at home, but if thats the case I can use my expertise to guide you. Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping.
-Can you make a packing video of my order?
Of course! I would love to! Please include that you would like a video made about your order in comments at checkout.
